I would recommend that you completely avoid the snacks section at your grocery store. Most of the attractive and good looking there up there, make you go unattractive and not so good looking. Stop eating potato chips, popcorn, cookies, candy, ice cream, cakes, etc. The ingredients in these foods make you want to eat more and the companies who make these snack foods know youll stay addicted to them.

Whether its the regular soda or the diet soda, both are equally bad. Try replacing your daily bottle of soda with a bottle of water and you will love what your see.

Excess of anything is evil, so minimize the use of salt and sugar to average. Both the ingredients cause you to gain water weight, which means you start bloating. You look tter than what you actually are.

Say NO to Choco Chip frappes

Put off that soda right now!
